C&G acquired a freehold block with 23 flats sold off on long leaseholds and 22 lock-up garages to the rear. Phase one consisted of obtaining planning permission for an upward extension to create four high-quality one-bedroom apartments, constructing these, and retaining them as investment. Phase two has been successfully obtaining planning consent for a block of five flats to replace the existing lock-up garages (Anastasia Mews), with construction to start imminently.
