Overview
C&G are working in close collaboration with senior planning and design officers at Southampton City Council to bring forward a purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme comprising 251 student rooms on a disused brownfield site.
The proposed development will deliver a high-quality mix of cluster apartments and self-contained studios, directly addressing the acute shortage of student housing in Southampton—a city home to both the University of Southampton, a leading Russell Group institution, and Southampton Solent University.
Located within walking distance of Southampton General Hospital, the scheme will be particularly well-suited to medical and healthcare students, supporting the city’s growing academic and clinical communities.
